About The ARC Project Blackburn (ARC)

The Asylum Seeker and Refugee (ARC) Project seeks to create a safe, welcoming space for those fleeing war, persecution and violence in their homelands.

ARC provides the practical support asylum seekers and refugees need to start rebuilding their lives in the UK, including English Club which runs twice a week during term time. English Club offers free, relaxed and informal English lessons for asylum seekers and refugees from Pre-Entry Level through to Entry Level 2.
